Please be punctual.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Are these venues accessible for people with reduced mobility and\/or pushchairs?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Yes.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Do I need to be registered to attend the event?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Yes.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>How will the registration process work?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once registration opens, we will inform you via the usual channels.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Do children and babies count as guests?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Yes, just children under 2 years old do not need ticket.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Can I bring more guests than the specified number?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No, capacity restrictions mean we cannot increase the number of invitations.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>I\u2019m not yet sure who will be able to accompany me. Can I confirm the number of attendees later?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each registered student is allocated a set number of guests. You will need to confirm the number of people accompanying you. We will send you the tickets in QR code format before the event.<\/p>\n<p>The QR code on each ticket is single-use; in other words, it will be scanned at the entrance and will be deactivated from that moment onwards.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Do accompanying guests need to be registered?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No. Each registered student will receive tickets with a QR code, which will be sent out before the event.<\/p>\n<p>The QR code on each ticket is single-use; in other words, it will be scanned on entry and will be deactivated from that moment onwards.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>What are the scheduled dates for registration and confirmation of attendance?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A few weeks before the event, once the dates have been published, we will send you the details via the usual channels.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Where and when can I collect my tickets?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The tickets are digital; a few days before the event, you will receive the tickets (yours and those of your guests) at the email address you have registered. They will feature a single-use QR code, which will be scanned at the entrance to the venue.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>How long will the graduation ceremony last?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Approximately 1 hour.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>What language will the graduation ceremonies be held in?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In Spanish, although supporting materials will be available in English.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>What is the dress code?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For graduates: a dark suit for men and cocktail dress for women.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>How many people will attend each ceremony?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Approximately 1,200 people.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>What happens if I don\u2019t confirm my attendance but turn up anyway?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We recommend that, if you wish to attend, you register on the platform by the specified dates. If you turn up on the day of the event without having registered in advance, you will only be able to enter the venue if it is not at full capacity because a confirmed guest has not attended. This scenario is highly unlikely.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Where can I view the photos from the graduation events?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After the graduation ceremony, we will publish the photos and send you a link so that you can view and download them.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>I can\u2019t attend the graduation ceremony because I\u2019m not in Spain. Can I watch it via live stream?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There will be no live stream, but you will be able to watch the full ceremony on video afterwards.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>I can\u2019t attend the graduation ceremony. Can I apply for the sash?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No, sashes are only awarded on the day of the graduation ceremony.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Who should I contact to take part in the group photo?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The university does not organise group photos; these are organised by the students themselves.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>How many guests can I bring to the ceremony?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You may bring 3 guests if you are studying for a Bachelor\u2019s degree or a Higher Level Vocational Training qualification, and 2 guests if you are studying for a postgraduate degree. If you are studying an online degree, you may bring 2 guests.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Can I attend the graduation ceremony if I have modules pending in the resit period?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Yes, the requirement for attending the ceremony is to be enrolled in all the credits for your degree programme<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>I live abroad. Can the University process my visa application?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The University cannot process visa applications, but we can prepare a letter of invitation for you so that you can apply for one.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>I live abroad.
