We ask that you arrive on time.<br \/><\/span><b><\/b><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Are these spaces suitable for people with reduced mobility and\/or pushchairs?<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To be confirmed.\u00a0<\/span><b><\/b><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Do I need to be registered to attend the event?<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yes.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>How do I register?<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>We will inform you of the exact process via the usual channels once registration opens. <\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Are children and babies counted as guests?<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yes.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Can I bring more people than the established number of guests?<\/strong> <\/li><\/ul><p>No, due to limited capacity, we are unable to increase the number of guests.<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>I don&#8217;t know if they can make it yet. Can I confirm the number of attendees later?<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each registered student is allocated a specific number of guest tickets. You will not have to confirm the number of people accompanying you. We will send you the tickets with a QR code before the event.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The QR code on each ticket is single-use only, i.e. after it is scanned at the entrance you will not be able to reuse it.<\/span><\/p><ul><li><b>If a student attends with fewer guests, can other students use their places?<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p>Due to limited capacity, each registered student receives a specific number of tickets. These will be sent before the event, meaning you can give them to whoever you wish.<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Do guests have to identify themselves?<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No. Each registered student will receive tickets with a QR code, which will be sent before the event.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The QR code on each ticket is single-use only, i.e. after it is scanned at the entrance you will not be able to reuse it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>What are the scheduled dates for registration and confirmation of attendance?<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A few weeks before the ceremony, we will inform you via the usual channels once registration opens.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li><b>Where and when can I collect the tickets?<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The tickets are digital. A few days before the event you will receive the tickets (yours and those of your guests) at your registered email address. They will have a single-use QR code which they must scan at the entrance to the venue.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li><b>How long will the sash ceremony last?<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Approximately 1 hour.<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>What language will the graduation ceremony be held in?<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spanish.<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>What is the dress code?<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For graduates: Dark suit for men and cocktail dress for women.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>How many people will attend each ceremony?<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Approximately 125 people.<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>What happens if I don&#8217;t confirm my attendance but still attend the event?<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you wish to attend, we recommend that you register on the platform on the dates indicated. If you come on the day of the event without having previously registered, entry will only be granted if space becomes available due to another registered student not showing up. This scenario is quite unlikely.<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Where can I see the graduation photos?<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After the graduation ceremony we will publish the photos and send you a link to view and download them.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>I am unable to attend the ceremony as I am not in Spain. Can I watch it via a live stream?<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A live stream of the ceremony will not be available, although you will be able to watch the video recording of the entire ceremony once it has finished.<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>I am unable to attend the ceremony. Can I still request my sash\/stole?\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No, sashes and stoles are only handed out on the day of the ceremony.<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Who can I contact in order to participate in the graduation and class photographs?\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The university does not arrange for any photographs to be taken; it is the students\u2019 responsibility to organise them.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>How many guests can I bring to the ceremony?\u00a0<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You may bring up to 2 guests.<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Can I attend the ceremony if I have not yet passed all of my degree subjects?\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yes. To attend the graduation ceremony, you must be registered on all of your degree\u2019s credits.<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>I live overseas. Can the university process my visa?\u00a0<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The university is unable to process visa applications, but we can provide you with a letter of invitation so that you may begin the procedure yourself.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>I live abroad.
